The filter was fairly easy to install but the filter did not come with the 2 gaskets needed to pressurize the line. When you take out the old filter you will need to remove a gasket from inside the filter where the pump connects to the filter and then another gasket from the outside of the filter which connects to one of the black fuel lines. If you are unable to start the engine or have a long time after changing the filter, these two gaskets could be the culprit.
