Really liked it! It was calm and I could dip it into the aquarium and shake the substrate. I used plastic tubing from a hardware store as that black tubing is useless. That way I could dump it into a 5 gallon bucket for a mini water change. Doesn't work anymore after second use! So very disappointed! I wanted another one but Amazon just wants me to send it back. I've decided to get a gift card and need to find another way to do it. A great idea. The product should last more than 2 uses :( UPDATE: Ok I boxed it up for return. I took both ends of the pump part and kinda shook it and checked it by plugging it in. And suddenly it worked again! I can still do this return BUT I will try again. If a grain of sand gets into the pump, it might freeze or get stuck. I will try again. I love this thing so much, I REALLY want it to work, it's so perfect for water changes like me. Also, the best use came from using the bottom ROUND tool circled as you see in the right image, the LARGE round one.
