After looking for a case for my iPad mini 5, I decided on this one. This is a nice looking case - the back is hard plastic with a rubberized feel. The front cover has good magnets for auto-wake and is a bit stiff, but folds down to form a classic stand for the iPad case - the magnets hold the triangular shape well when used in this position . The back covers the sides and back of the iPad and has cutouts for all controls. The camera and rear microphone are perfectly placed. It's too early to tell how well it will hold up with extended use, but after a week of daily use it still looks brand new. I recommend this case if you're looking for a simple yet durable case that will protect your iPad mini 5 from everyday wear and tear.
