It's a lightweight shoe but with soft cushioning and adequate support. The style is great and this can be worn as a casual shoe for everyday use. They are also good for light workouts like elliptical trainers or spinning. I don't know if these are good running shoes. I think these are really nice shoes. It fits a bit tight compared to some other brands like NB. But not as tight as Nike. I usually have this problem and sometimes I still need to increase the size. In this case I bought my regular size 12M and it fits like a glove. The shoes have comfortable straps at the back for easy on and off. Despite the tight fit, I don't have to untie the laces every time. Since there is no tongue, they can easily get in and out. I really like these shoes. The main reasons are style, comfort and light weight. This will be my main shoe outside of work.
