Bought this for my two-year-old, who loves it. After about a week of use though we had to take it back from him, as LEDs and wires began to penetrate and become exposed. The bottom, brown part of the fabric also became unattached and lifted up, exposing more wires. My toddler wasn’t rough with the toy either, he would simply carry it from one spot to the next, always gently setting it down. He never threw it or tried to tear it apart, but the wires poked through regardless.It’s a real bummer since he loves the toy, and it’s pretty great for encouraging vocalization, but it’s just not safe.
