Wow. This is a very detailed cookbook. I'll admit that some recipes are beyond my abilities, but I think over time I'll be able to catch up. I bought the book, assuming it will serve the brazier. It's not like this. It covers a wide range of dishes using a variety of methods and tools. In general, it will be for those who have culinary skills. Not a beginner unless confident and unable to follow directions.
