The support team is great! They are always willing to help you out, even when they're not in their office or at home. I like how easy it is to use Think Easy IT for my business needs. It's very simple to set up an account with them so we can easily access our files from anywhere. There really isn't anything bad about this program. It has been amazing so far. I would definitely recommend getting this software if your looking into having easy file storage online. We have realized that keeping track of all of our documents has become more difficult than ever before due to us being spread out across several states. With Think Easy IT we were able to store all of our documents without worrying about losing important information because everything was accessible through one source.
