Review on πŸ”ͺ All-Clad KZ750D Stainless Steel Immersion Blender | Detachable Shaft, Variable Speed Control Dial | 600-Watts | Silver by James Trapkin

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Only does one thing, but remarkably well.

I had to eat a soft, liquid diet for 5 weeks. Instead of the usual jumble of attachments and accessories, the All-Clad only has one attachment. He does one thing and does it remarkably well. I've used it to grind wet and moist foods like thick stews and veggies. This powerful tool is great for processing crock pot foods without the need to use and clean a Vitamix blender or Cuisinart stand mixer. 5 speeds range from gentle blending to serious shaking. Grinding raw almonds resulted in a grainy paste rather than the nut butter of choice. I love wireless devices! The charger acts as a desktop motor stand. The attachment is long enough to be used comfortably in an 8 liter (deep) pressure cooker. The only improvement I would suggest is an index mark on the nozzle stem to indicate maximum product depth (2/3 stem, 5.36in, 13.5cm). Cleaning is easy if you run the blender in a glass of soapy water before the food starts to dry. Several times I had to use a soft brush on the blade and its body, of course with the nozzle removed. The simple controls and kill switch were easy to use and comfortable for both left and right hands. Much energy. I never ran out of energy when cooking. Expensive but worth every penny.
