This is for tea dogs or gerbils or something very small and very light that returns as useless for the purpose

I have a small 12 lb poodle, I couldn't possibly carry him in this, he is not constructed properly, as soon as I put him on all of his weight pulls forward and slides down his shoulder, he barely fits in it, is this for tea dog or gerbil or something very small and very light that comes back because it is useless for that purpose it is better to carry it without a dog bag than to try to use this thing
