This is a great glass and the customer service lives up to the adjective. Keurig coffee maker. This glass can do both. I slip it under my Keurig and pop it in my car cup holder and I have no problem going to work. From there, it does its duty of keeping my coffee hot for hours. Just keep the sliding lid closed between sips. So far I've bought three of these 20 oz gems and haven't had any issues. The third purchase arrived with minor damage, probably from shipping. After the discovery, I emailed the folks at Ideus and they quickly sent another. Needless to say, I was duly impressed. We all know that buying the right coffee mug can be a frustrating, ongoing series of trial and error. They are usually either too thick or tall, or the lid is either left open to the outside air, or requires confident chopping skills to open, close and clean. If your glass desires are the same as mine and you don't want to shell out a fortune for a famous brand with design flaws, save your time and money and buy this mug!
