Works great, good quality and nothing sticks yet (time will tell). I have carefully examined copper pans and found that others only have a copper colored ceramic coating, so be careful! This is the only one I've found (from Bulbhead) where the copper is actually in the plating. We bought this as a test to replace our expensive JA Henkels white ceramic coated kitchen set (from Costco) which died within 1 year of use. I would recommend hand washing only (which is easy with this pan as food doesn't burn) and not overheating. You can use some oil if you want, but I've found that oil drips onto the paintwork of a new car just like water. I will buy a square (deep) pan or a bread pan. REVIEW UPDATED May 28, 2018. This pan still works great (fantastic). We only hand washed it with dish soap as I'm not sure if washing it in the dishwasher would help. Be sure to only buy from reputable sources as I have seen fakes on swap sites. Still works like new and I personally like to add some oil. It is very easy to care for and shows no discolouration. The best frying pan.
