This is the second of these pans that I have had to return as they are NOT flat on the bottom and 'wobble' on my glass top before I use them. I contacted the manufacturer (bulbhead.com) and they said to take it back to the store and buy another pan that sits flat on my stovetop. I follow their advice and will NOT buy any more of their red copper pans. UPDATE: I went to Kohl's Dept and they had 6 of these pans. I tried each on a flat rack and only ONE of the six pans was flat on the bottom. POOR

Works great, good quality and nothing sticks yet (time will tell). I have carefully examined copper pans and found that others only have a copper colored ceramic coating, so be careful! This is the only one I've found (from Bulbhead) where the copper is actually in the plating. We bought this as a test to replace our expensive JA Henkels white ceramic coated kitchen set (from Costco) which died within 1 year of use. I would recommend hand washing only (which is easy with this pan as food…

I went to the website to see what they had to say about the issue. They obviously know that the product will not perform as advertised within its "lifespan" and suggested baking it in the oven to restore its "non-stick" properties. I've done this several times and as you can see from my photos and videos, that's a

FINALLY there's a non-toxic nonstick pan that REALLY WORKS!

***UPDATE 10/18*** I've now been using the 10" and 12" versions of this pan several times a week for six months or more. I've seen a lot of negative reviews where people initially didn't use oil in the pan and were unhappy with the results. While I've found the same thing, simply adding a little oil or Smart Balance to coat the bottom of the pan results in a great non-stick effect. Just this morning I boiled three eggs sunny side up and they slipped out of the pan without a spatula. While it…
