This embroidery hoop is well made and well packaged, so there were no quality issues or broken parts upon arrival. I prefer to work with bamboo hoops as they are easy to hold and look better in a display case. The small size is great for small embroideries or cross stitches that you can give away, sell or keep for your own use. The embroidery hoop is easy to use and can be tightened to keep the fabric from slipping when embroidering or cross stitching. The fabric you use is comfortable and the bamboo frame is glued on the back so you can have a neat presentation after your project is finished. This tire is great for a small project; the nut and bolt on the top slide and rotate comfortably when loosening and tightening or loosening without much resistance. The frame holds your project in place and the overall presentation is clean. The quantity you get is fantastic for multiple projects and each hoop is great quality. I would recommend this set especially if you are looking to sell finished products, give away or display at home. This would also be a great classroom set as there isn't much canvas so the project can be completed in an hour or a few.
