Use a small flathead screwdriver while the door is open (or better when someone is holding it open) to loosen the clamp on the bad stand. Pull fast. Repeat for the bottom. Insert new ones. It should take 5 minutes if you drop the screwdriver twice and tell a joke to the wizard.
