Uneven cut in glasses and drinkware
This was a Christmas present for a colleague. I received the glass and it was very dirty. Also, the edge of the glass was unevenly cut, so there was a noticeable difference in height on one side of the glass. I was going to send it back as I didn't want to give it that way but decided to give it to my colleague and let her know if she finds it a problem then she can return it or exchange it for something else.
