I read a lot of reviews before ordering and I got 'Large'. Guess too big for my baby. should be ordered "middle". I have a 7 month old toy poodle, back length 9.5 inches and weight 6 pounds, I usually wear a size "S". The one I have is so big he can't walk in it. The hat completely covered his head and he ran into my wine cabinet and onto my couch so many times in 2 minutes that I put it on him. good quality, very warm. The material feels so soft and the two little pockets on the back look so cute and stylish. I will be gifting this to my girlfriend's 10lb Pomeranian as my pup is already at his full weight and height should suit her well. In short, just one size larger than your dog's normal size, not too greedy like me.
