The customer support team at raven intel are very helpful, knowledgeable and always willing to help with any questions we have. I would recommend contacting them if you need someone who knows what they're doing and can guide you through your implementation process step by step. There's nothing really i dislike about this product but it does not offer as much customization as other products do. It could be better in some areas however it has helped us gain more visibility into our employee data which allows me to provide excellent service to my clients! I was able to find a service provider who has expertise in this area, and they are very helpful and have done a great job with my company's project. I will definitely recommend them to others. There is nothing much I dislike about the platform. The interface and functionality is easy to use. It is a good product. Highly recommended! We are using it for our payroll function and it works well.
