Second-rate product, won't buy it again.

I shall proceed to identify the deficiencies. I feel obligated to mention right off the bat that I have purchased two of these smartphones, and both of them have the same issues. Everything appears to be in working order when seen through the lens of the phone's specifications; yet, in practice, the situation is quite different. When the screen is minimized, applications continually reload. When there are three applications open, it is impossible to switch between them safely because it always reloads. This happens with both built-in and third-party applications; even the "settings" application reloads. Sometimes programs can merely freeze and will not respond to any pressing; in these cases, you will need to swipe to exit the application. The phone reboots for a very extended period of time, and after it does so, it may display a blank desktop for a very extended period of time. The fingerprint scanner is incredibly sluggish; even on the much older Xiaomi Mi Note 3, it operated significantly more quickly. Frequently, after unlocking the phone, it will show that "pocket mode" is enabled. Until you swipe it, you will not be able to use the phone until you deactivate "pocket mode." Yet despite the fact that there is such a mode, it is of no use at all because, for some reason, the camera as well as the lights can still turn on when they are placed in your pocket. You can hold the phone on the table, dial someone's number, and the screen goes blank as if you brought it to your ear, or maybe vice versa, you put it to your ear while you are on a call and the screen does not go out. The proximity sensor is also terrible. It would appear that I did not purchase a Samsung, but rather a Samsung of some kind. Once again, this occurs on two of the gadgets that I purchased. There is no root access, no custom firmware, themes, or launchers; everything is in its default state.

Pros
  • Including the screen, battery, stereo sound, and charging capabilities that are accelerated.
Cons
  • A fingerprint scanner, a light sensor, and a proximity sensor are all terms associated with performance.
