I'm usually very wary of other people who write negative product reviews because I assumed they didn't order the right product or didn't use the product properly BUT (in the case of this product) all the negative reviews were entirely reasonable These conveyor roller casters turned out to be useless They didn't roll freely in any direction. In a pack of twelve all twelve were defective. This is either a factory defect or just very poorly made. It was a waste of time and money (aside from Revain being kind enough to facilitate my return). I strongly believe that Revain should withdraw this item from the market.
