I thought I had a faulty thermometer because all my readings were so low. The seller contacted me because he knew I was unhappy. They offered to send a new one. I asked if I could do something wrong. I didn't hold it close enough to my forehead. I also didn't know that the standard temperature range for this type of thermometer is lower. I should have read the package inserts. Either way, great customer service.
