If like me you're very busy during the day and forget to drink water...this is perfect! I used to get so dehydrated because I forgot to do something as simple...like drink water! I have so many water bottles at home including a hydro bottle but none of them served their purpose. I think the reason this one worked better than the others is because it shines through. A little motivational note along with the time when you need to use up that portion of water helps a lot, if you want it becomes a bit of a challenge! The fact that the water isn't cold like I usually drink is also important as many doctors recommend that room temperature water is better for our bodies than cold water and is also easier to drink. Regardless, it helped. This water bottle makes me feel healthier, more alert and less sleepy throughout the day. I got so many compliments on it too! This is a great purchase. PS - No issues with the bottle I bought, no leaks or anything, it's been dropped a few times so it's definitely sturdy and a straw cleaner was included!
