The best part is that it's very easy to use, even if you are not tech savvy! It has helped us improve our business with its analytics features which help in decision making process of new services or products we can offer customers as well as managing existing ones more efficiently than before using this tool. I have found nothing bad about servmetric so far but maybe there could be better support from their side when something goes wrong like an error message pops up while working at some point during day time hours (i'm usually online all night long). We've been able solve issues related to providing faster service by creating reports through servicemetrics' dashboards.
