Review on Winco SPP-1616 Sicilian Pizza Pans 16x16 - Set of 2: Top-Notch Quality and Perfect 16-Inch Square Pans for Sicilian Delights by Jerry King

I didn't like this pan. The coating on the pan started peeling off after two uses. Now I need to get rid of the pan and find another option. I hope it was just a lemon. I have read many good reviews about these pans. I wish I had the money to buy another one because I would risk it and try again. Aside from the coating peeling off, the pan performed well. I would happily get a replacement from the company and try the pan again. For this reason I give only 1 star. I think it's not good value for money when you have to throw it away after only 2 uses. It also does not tolerate washing, as the coating will either wash off or chip off. This is the reason for 1 star. I hope your coating doesn't peel off after just 2 uses. Many Thanks.
