Great product. I would recommend that someone help you with the installation. It only takes 5 minutes to set up, it's just nice to have an extra pair of hands. The lights are very bright and have a very wide range of color options. Music options can be selected or skipped, but for me they work 90% of the time (depending on the song as they are activated by sounds). I mounted mine on a bookshelf so the wires weren't visible and the receiver was somewhere it could receive remote commands from anywhere. I'm having trouble uploading videos I've made, but I'll try again. These lights are ideal for any social gathering, especially if you have more than one set. Personally I will buy more to decorate the entire living/dining room and hallways. If you're looking for a way to spice up your room, you've come to the right place. Excellent value for money and they are very easy to set up and use. The hardest thing is to understand where you are going to connect it. I would recommend measuring the space available and the distance from each of your outlets so you can make an informed decision on where exactly you will be installing them. Don't forget that the control box has a remote receiver, so try to place it where it's visible from most places in the room so you don't have to walk up to it every time you want to change the setting .
