Check all colors before install

Before install I check if the backlight is working, but I didn't go through all the color combinations (who would have thought). After spending about two hours on the stairs installing it under the windows of my house, I set the app to toggle between red and green, only to find that the red light went the full length of the strip lights up while the green only lights up about 4 feet of LED strip. I could understand if I connected the strips together, but it was one continuous original strip…

Easy installation, clean setup, and bright and vibrant LED strip colors!

I use these LED strips to upgrade my desk and make it more aesthetically pleasing. These lamps are installed behind my two 34 inch monitors and I would highly recommend them to anyone considering purchasing these lamps for desktop use. I usually control the colors and brightness of the light through a mobile app. One of the best features is that when I'm using my monitors late at night, I dim the lights to around 50%, which is soothing to the eyes. Great product. I would recommend that someone help you with the installation. It only takes 5 minutes to set up, it's just nice to have an extra pair of hands. The lights are very bright and have a very wide range of color options. Music options can be selected or skipped, but for me they work 90% of the time (depending on the song as they are activated by sounds). Update March 2021: We've been using them every night since July last year and there was only one issue in the story that we fixed with an extra pin connector that fits in between the Box and a light strip. They work so well! You can pick a color on the color wheel, move the dot until you find the color you want, and voila, orange for Halloween, red-green gradient for Christmas, etc. We usually use a 7 color blend. Very happy with looks

So far so good. I replaced the decorative lighting I had on the back deck with this. I used to use a LED string (single color) and wrapped it around the railing. It was good, but the wire wrapped like this picked up dirt and didn't look as pretty during the day. These LED strips are much cleaner and more even. Hopefully the glue will hold in place.
