The quality is the same as Costco. It fits true to size, as it should be. Super cute and durable. My daughter keeps it in her backpack for rainy holidays. The color is bright and the material is really high quality. She loves it. She wears girls size 6/7 or small.
- I love the fleece on the inside and the waterproof/windproof material on the outside
- The hood may not fit some children
