Review on πŸ“ž CX100 IP Phone Communicator Model: Enhanced Communication Efficiency and Seamless Connectivity by Darlene Myles

Great product for travel and long conference calls

I expect the Skype version of this product will work just as well. I've been a Polycom fan for a long time and have been using the Polycom SoundPoint Pro SE-220 for many years. For me, as a person who doesn't like headsets, a great hands-free phone is very important. But the move to digital VOIP has meant that I've used SoundPoint less and less. The Polycom Communicator is the perfect replacement for the digital age. It works great with my Office Communicator, even with the RC version of Microsoft Lync I'm currently using it with. I just plug it into my computer and go - it's the perfect speakerphone, it's small enough and comes with a great case so I can take it with me when I travel. Paired with a pair of your favorite earbuds, or earphones for when you can't go hands-free, you've got the perfect setup that takes up no more space than a portable USB drive. have a keyboard. All buttons work great but a physical key would be great. I bought it with PRIME from Revain and found the price very competitive. Highly recommended if you spend a lot of time on the phone using VOIP solutions but hate headsets or Bluetooth devices. I use this product with Windows 7 and it supports auto-configuration and auto-discovery. Vista and Windows XP, but you may need to manually install the drivers on XP.
