Water pump and belt fit my 2006 Mazda 6 3.0 which shares many engine components with similar model year Ford 3.0 V6 models. The water pump has a good initial quality, although long-term reliability can only be achieved after many years. The water pump was easy to install and didn't leak (although it's not easy to remove the hoses and camshaft pulley). There is no need to purchase a gasket as Revain recommends as this water pump is a ready to use unit with the propeller already bolted to the hose and the gasket inserted between the propeller and hose.
