It provides a comprehensive view of all costs in my project as soon as any change has been made. This way I check the budget for any deviation, and it's usually not much. The user interface could be more intuitive and polished, but this only adds to its value. A system that has no problems, especially when looking at long-term projects with many subprojects. The benefits are mainly reduced time pressure because there's less paperwork needed before submitting estimates. It has helped us with our time management, we can easily create tasks and track them until they are closed or finished. We have also learned how important it is for us not only manage projects but workflows as well so that all team members know what needs doing next in order to finish jobs correctly. This software does help me organise my workloads into different areas of expertise which makes sense when I'm looking at things like KPIs etc.
