Thought it would be good for a small repair to re-solder the mouse switch. He couldn't melt the factory lead-free solder at all. It's also not possible to remove solder with a wick because it doesn't have enough heat to get through the braid. This can only work if you don't desolder and have very small solder joints. The device also eats up all 3 AA batteries in about 20 minutes then there is no heat. The switch is also very cheap and sometimes the device turns off when pressed. "Light" on it is almost a joke. This is a tiny LED far from where you work. Choose a different model or a butane fueled model.
