Restricted Device - Computer Microphones

So this is a Bluetooth mic and it works, please don't get me wrong. However, there are a couple of questions: 1. One of the things it is promoting is to help the hearing impaired. I use it to plug in bone conduction headphones to hear people around me. The problem with any of the clothing-mounted microphones is that the microphone is pointed at your mouth and this microphone cannot be switched off. The one who looks ahead, maybe I hear my voice very loud2. The sound quality is a bit lame. I can handle it, but.3. When clipped to a shirt pocket in a vertical position, the charging port and external mic port face up, causing problems with dust or moisture. Possibly include connection covers4. The clip has very limited strength and is very easy to knock off. It should only be used in an upright position and even then it can fall over very easily depending on the activity.5. I've tried to contact support, to no avail. I am not getting a response to any of these articles. If you have a problem, based on my experience I expect you won't hear an answer. Hence the one star. The device works but there are too many other factors to say it is a good experience/product. However, it has great potential as it is very small and light.
