A little torn, how to criticize: I liked it. I cannot vouch for any of his claims as I do not suffer from insomnia and my goal was to use it to treat panic/anxiety. It's probably pie in the sky, and having tested it for more than a week and a half, I doubt it would work magically. Included. see my #1: I liked it. Made me feel ok, calm, it was fun. It doesn't hurt at all. But the hollow you put your neck in is pretty tight; There is no way to apply pressure below the neck, for example on the shoulders/blades/back. You just can't adjust it at all as - and this was my biggest complaint - it's extremely heavy and bulky and you don't feel like you're getting all the benefits as it's just holding the top of your head down trying to get it down . just press it to your shoulders i.e. make the cradle wider/longer. If it were easy - and you feel like the wooden slats there take up so much extra cushion that, in turn, that little acupressure space is wasted - then I'd happily keep it. It was too bulky, my head took up this tiny volume, and then there was a halo of a brick-like pillow. I couldn't justify keeping it for the price if I could only think: it would be great if it was smaller, lighter, focused on pressure points that could be adjusted much better and room for the head and neck, possibly back. it sucks If I were rich I would definitely keep it, but was still looking for an improved edition. But most of the pillow is just trash, you don't actually lie on that part and the tips are so rounded/soft that I personally prefer a bed of nail pillows so you can feel it.
