I bought this to monitor the temperature at my remote campsite and take action if there is a problem such as a stove malfunction. Set up in seconds, added directly to my SmartHome app, which I already use for my outdoor sockets. The pace is accurate. I paid an additional $1.20 for 6 months of SMS notification service (prefer this over app push notifications). Set an alarm when the temperature drops below 40 degrees Fahrenheit. I did it, pretty easy.
