Review on CHAOREN by Darin Brooks

As a frequent internet shopper, I recently discovered CHAOREN, a business that markets itself as a specialist in apparel, accessories for men, jewelry, and more. However, I have had a really poor experience with their online store. First of all, their website is awkward to use and poorly constructed. It took me a long time to find the items I was looking for, and even when I did, the descriptions were imprecise and lacking key information like sizing and material specifics. Second, the products' quality was atrociously subpar. The clothes I bought was made of fragile, badly made fabric, and did not resemble the photographs on the website at all. The shoes were uncomfortably built and had a shoddy feel to them. Even the jewelry was poor quality and appeared to tarnish easily. Finally, I was met with silence when I attempted to call CHAOREN's customer service to request a refund. I tried to contact her several times, but I never got any response. My overall interaction with CHAOREN was a total letdown. Anyone thinking about making a purchase from this firm is strongly encouraged to abstain and look for a more reliable seller instead.
