My physical therapist uses this in her office and uses it to work on her clients' balance issues. I got one to use at home and am so happy I did. It got here REALLY fast, in time for me to practice before my next PT appointment. It comes with a lot of exercise ideas. My therapist assigned some of those to me and modified some for my particular needs. VERY HAPPY with this.
