Review on Syba Multimedia Inc Pci Controllers by Tony Reid

I didn't like anything, the box was badly damaged, well, it survived SEVERAL deliveries. The card was ALREADY opened, the capacitor fell out. I assumed they were meant to be soldered to the board, but how do I know? The driver CD was badly scratched and I can't believe they sent me something like this. they should be ashamed! I was very disgusted to say the least. It was like sending GARBAGE. SERIOUS.
