Solid reliable performance
Aside from the fact that the wires are thicker than in my 2011 Ford Fusion SEL, I have NO issues with them. I've been running it for 6 months, driving Uber and Lyft and running the AC all the time. Now I've owned it for two full years and it's still reliable. The wires are longer than I expected, which was actually an advantage as I could tuck them into the floorboard next to the fire wall so people wouldn't get their feet caught on them. The connector is durable and well molded from ABS plastic. It literally didn't strike me as fragile as the original plug.
