I bought my very first Smith helmet to hold wireless speakers on sale for $130. I REALLY didn't want to spend the same amount on some tiny speakers, so I looked at a lot of different speakers (like the very popular Outdoor Tech Chip models) and read a lot of reviews. They all had basically the same complaints: either the Bluetooth connection dropped or the buttons were difficult to use with gloves on. I finally chose it because I couldn't resist the price tag and it had decent reviews. In the mountains I had no problems and now I am very grateful that I bought them with large buttons. I "lost" the connection a few times, but that was easily fixed by taking out the phone and pressing play on Spotify. But pairing with the iPhone is SUPER easy and fast and I only had to pair it the first time. I feel like for the price I paid I got the same as all those $130 speakers that have almost the same reviews, if not worse. Would buy them again.
