I got this because I had a small vacuum (good for dusting) and a steam mop (good for deep cleaning) but nothing in between. Tried it for the first time, works fine. I've recently moved so there were a lot of shoe prints on the hardwood - a vacuum won't remove this and a steam cleaner is very difficult to clean in places. Pros: + Cleans up fairly well + Easy and quick to install + Fluid reservoir suitable for small to medium sized homes + Lightweight, easy to carry and relatively easy to use + Easy to clean Vertical and it shoots straight down, the stem horizontally too and it just splatters in the wind) - doesn't clean very evenly (the stem is obviously attached in the middle so most of the pressure is on the middle of the pad; there's less dirt on the sides of the pad than in the middle area) - Durability could be better - handle not the most ergonomic I'll update this if this thing gives up on me or I notice new things but so far so good.
