I was initially hesitant to rate this webcam because I didn't see any product reviews or ratings. Boy am I glad I took the plunge. Branded products are MUCH inflated now (May 2020). I plugged it in and within 15 seconds I was on a Google Meet call. Members told me my audio and video was "Spot On." Thank you Front Arch not only for a great product at a reasonable price but also for shipping 3 days earlier than promised and for a true plug and play setup. If you have a model behind me with an artificial background that you can select or customize, with little or no noticeable pixelation, let me know. I will buy it from you immediately.
