Review on Nathan James Nailhead Kitchen Upholstered by Jackie Morales

These stools are just what I was looking for. Simple classic design, but comfortable and functional. One of the stools had a short leg with no pre-drilled hole to attach a longer leg. If I had the right drill press I'd probably do it myself, but I don't have one, so. I contacted Nathan James support and received a quick response. I was hoping they could just send me a piece but they offered to send me a whole new stool. It was shipped quickly and I received it within a week. Unfortunately, the replacement stool was the wrong color and finish. Of course I was a bit upset, but the support team apologized for the inconvenience and sent another stool. I only asked for one part but I guess they don't have spare parts so they sent me another stool again which I received within a week. This time it was the right stool and all is well. Melanie from customer service contacted me a few days later to make sure everything was fine with the chair. About 2 weeks later I received a box of chocolates with an apology/thank you card from founder Nathan James. Very nice touch. :)
