Do not order this item - choose a $60 Delco AC unit. This regulator has flat tops on rubber inserts that hold the window. The flat top of the elastic allows it to hang or stop when almost closed. (emergency reverse worked for me). I removed and reinstalled it 3 times before giving up (2011 Lincoln MKZ). Then I looked at the old one and saw that the rubber inserts were pointed (tapered). I guess I should have just used the old rubbers. I sent this back for a refund and received the $60 regulator and it worked with no issues.
