very disappointed with both the product and the company
Very very disappointed with the product and the company. After several hundred miles of hauling light loads (3,000 pounds maximum), the ball that served as the nut twisted into an oval shape and got stuck in rural Ohio, about 200 miles from home. The trailer went down at 65mph and crashed into the rear of my Platinum F350. The company didn't work for me. There are absolutely no parts to assemble this hitch unless you buy them from the manufacturer and they are SLOW! Stay away. There are other problems in the market.
