The top strap is not adjustable, does not hold.
They are very cute and seem well made but my baby legs are too skinny or the top is too far from the bottom because they just won't hold up. Both kids had the issue so I think they just aren't the right size for the strap. I went with some that were adjustable with velcro and they are great.
