Good but with issues

Everything seems great but haven't actually been able to use it yet. Battery's been charging for 3 days but won't make a good enough connection on charger to leave it n walk away. It keeps leaning back and not making contact so have to prop something under it to keep it connected.

Adequate for lug nuts but it produces nowhere near 370 Lb-ft of torque.
