I am writing this review in support of this product and company. The product itself is complete in the sense that it gives you everything you need to use it. In addition to two bottles, they offer you an additional spray mechanism, a small funnel for easy filling, small bottle labels with additional functions for later use. I filled mine with the cleaner I bought in bulk and then put a spray bottle in each bathroom. This makes it easier to quickly clean the toilet or sink. I still have a bottle of water to spray the plants. I plan to fill and use more glass cleaner and also put them under the sink in bathrooms. The atomizer is adjustable from jet to mist. The bottles don't leak when knocked over like cheaper bottles do. The company responds quickly to questions and responds to customer requests.
