Review on Crispy Crunch: Freeze Dried Crickets, 1.2oz - Nutritious and Exotic Snack! by Justin Philemon

Revainrating 5 out of 5

My reptiles and fish love them.

I first bought these crickets to feed my bearded dragon when my local pet store ran out of live crickets. However, after two annual vet check-ups, it was found that my dragon had pinworms and I decided to use dried crickets as my main protein source. I asked the vet what he thought of dried crickets and he said they were fine "as long as he ate them". I spray them with water to keep the lizard hydrated because, like many bearded dragons, it doesn't know what to do with standing water and gets all its moisture from food and the occasional soak. Since then, my dragon has been healthy and parasite-free, and I don't have to deal with the smell of live crickets, go to the pet store and find that they're out of crickets, that they've escaped, or the crickets die before they get sick will. eaten. When the bearded dragon doesn't eat all the crickets on her plate, I put her in the tank with the red-eared slider and the tiger oscar fish. They attack crickets with more ferocity than bearded dragons. However, I do not recommend buying this product from Revain. I bought it cheaper from an online reptile retailer after shipping and I've seen it cheaper in Petco stores. The crickets are whole cricket bodies, while the old 1.6 ounce size had more broken bodies and other small pieces of crickets.
