I am very happy with the shape and graphic design of the mugs. The positive affirmation in the rim of the mug is a very nice touch that others have appreciated as well. I'm disappointed with the poorly finished finishes, especially on the inside handle where there are small rough lumps. Some edges are not as smooth as they should be. As if the manufacturer didn't take the time to finish polishing the mug before baking. I used very fine sandpaper to smooth rough edges and surfaces. There are still hits. Mugs should not be returned (I bought 4) but I will not be buying this line again.
