Review on 🚗 Dorman Front Passenger Side Power Window Regulator and Motor Assembly - Honda Models (Select 741-491) by Chris Litton

Dorman products are usually pretty good but this one fell apart on arrival. Tried several ways - the motor never made a sound. Also, the regulator wasn't spring loaded like in the picture. It fitted the door well and all the screw threads were correct. Update: Since I couldn't wait to swap out the ESC, I've additionally fixed the problem with a faulty motor power connection (see connector at the end of the cable connected to the motor). The old and new connector turned out to be identical, but the new one just didn't make contact. I bent the pin header a bit and that seems to have fixed the problem. Again, it fits perfectly in the door and works as expected. I only give 3 stars because of the difficulty.
