My wife and I are drinking more water now. It even tastes better - or rather, you notice the absence of metals and chemicals. We are very glad we got this and we recommend it to everyone. My only complaint about this is that due to the position of the spout (it's not all the way down) not all of the filtered water can flow through the spout. So there is always some water left over. In the end, however, it simply mixes with filtered water. It took about 2 days to install and fill. There are only two of us, we use it and have to refill it every other day. It works perfectly. TIP: We bought a small stand/cart on wheels to sit on. If we need to fill it up, we just roll it to the sink. Our facet has a retractable spray nozzle that retracts and reaches Berkey. Very easy to fill and no mess.
